Unfortunately there seems to be too much paperwork involved in police work nowadays which takes the police away from the real job they should be doing - catching the criminals! Didn't realise it was like this in Russia too.Naomihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13524989873664135095noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20692666.post-22879495332452555632007-09-26T21:31:00.000+01:002007-09-26T21:31:00.000+01:00Hi Naomi!Still think that's funny cartoon, thank y...Hi Naomi!

Still think that's funny cartoon, thank you for sharing this! :)))

Svetlana and Kyle
PS I did not know about all this paper work in Russian police (we call it miliciya) before I talked to one girl who was going to leave our Law Institute (where we worked 10 years ago: I as IT specialist and she as Law specialist) for police to work as detective. I just asked her how she was going to catch all the criminals - and she just explained that her job will be paperwork only! So it's true for Russia also...Kyle and Svet Keetonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06359738771026616680noreply@blogger.com
