SLOUCH FOR A HEALTHIER BACK!

How many times have you heard the expression, “Sit up straight, don’t slouch!” However scientists have now discovered that it is bad for your back to sit up straight for long hours at a time. Apparently the healthiest position for office workers to sit at their desks is leaning back at a 135 degree angle. Good news for slouchers everywhere!
