Congratulations to Chancellor Gordon Brown and his wife Sarah on the birth of their second son, James Fraser. The beaming chancellor announced, “I love being a dad. It’s the best thing that has ever happened to me.” Let’s just hope Gordon Brown is as good a Prime Minister as he is a dad, if he ever makes it to No. 10.
