SPORT RELIEF

Thousands of Britains, including politicians, celebrities and well-known sportspeople, ran, jogged or walked a mile yesterday to raise money for Sport Relief. The charity, set up by BBC Sport and Comic Relief, helps to tackle poverty here in Britain and abroad.
