Good news for Britain’s tea drinkers, including myself. Scientists are now telling us that drinking four or more cups of tea is more beneficial than drinking water. Tea is a natural source of flavanoids, a group of antioxidants, which help prevent cell damage and protect us against cancer and heart disease. Some studies also suggest that caffeine in tea can help improve mood and concentration. Sounds good to me! All the more reason to have a cup of tea!
