EARLY COOKERY BOOK DISCOVERY

A cookery book written by one of Britain’s first celebrity chefs over 300 years ago, has been discovered inside a trunk at a house in Derby. However the recipes including "How to Boil a Pike in City Fashion" and "A la Mode Ways of Dressing the Head of Any Beast" may not be to everyone’s taste! The book, a rare find, is up for sale and expected to bring £1,000 at auction.
