The seventh and final instalment of the Harry Potter series, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” has reached no. 1 in the Amazon online book charts before it has even been published! Fans of the young boy wizard have been eagerly reserving their copy of the new book in a bid to discover the fate of their hero. Harry Potter author J K Rowling has already hinted that Harry could die in the final book of the saga.

I hate to think that Harry will die in the final book. I attribute the series to inspiring my younger son Scott's love of reading. He is a high school senior and still reads and rereads the books.

I think Harry Potter has inspired a lot of children all over the world to read books Sheila. If Harry does indeed die in the final book, he will be sadly missed by millions of children and adults alike the world over.
