I hate to think that Harry will die in the final book. I attribute the series to inspiring my younger son Scott's love of reading. He is a high school senior and still reads and rereads the books.
I think Harry Potter has inspired a lot of children all over the world to read books Sheila. If Harry does indeed die in the final book, he will be sadly missed by millions of children and adults alike the world over.
