LAUGH AND WATCH THE POUNDS FALL OFF!

First the discovery of a chewing gum that can make you slim and now scientists in the US have discovered that laughing for just 15 minutes a day can help you lose weight! Apparently the amount of energy used laughing at comedies such as The Office, is the same amount used to walk half a mile. Laughing makes the heart beat faster and gives various muscles a workout. Now we know the answer to losing a few pounds – watch a comedy dvd – one of my personal favourites is Mrs Doubtfire!
