TAXPAYERS' MONEY WASTED ON TIDINESS EXERCISE

£7 million of taxpayers’ money is being wasted to show civil servants where to put their pens and keyboards. I’m sure a lot of people in this country could make suggestions as to where they could put them! Apparently the exercise of putting black tape in position on desks is to enable the service to work more efficiently. Sounds like a load of rubbish to me!
