MISSING MOBILES

Researchers have discovered that over 4.5 million mobile phones are lost or damaged every year in Britain. The majority it seems are left in taxis and pubs, whilst thousands go to a watery grave, having been accidentally flushed down the toilet!

Hi Naomi! This is funny! Just yesterday I thought I lost my phone while using the restroom at a convenience store. My youngest son went back in to see if my cell phone had fallen out of my pocket after I couldn't find it. (I left it at home in the TV room!) I never even thought about it getting flushed down the toilet!!! Yikes!!!

Yes it's especially not nice for the phone's owner who has to rescue it Janey! I know somebody whose little boy threw her phone down a public toilet and pulled the chain, whilst having a tantrum! As the phone was expensive, this lady then put her hand up the u-bend of the loo to rescue it! Ugh! Doesn't bear thinking about!
