BRITAIN CRIME CAPITAL OF EUROPE

According to a report from the Commons Home Office Affairs committee, Britain is the crime capital of Europe. It has the highest level of assaults, above average rates of pickpocketing, car theft and robbery and is the most burgled. Apparently the report showed that there is more than a one in five chance of becoming a victim of crime in the U.K., more than any other country in the European Union. So now we know!

It always makes me laugh that so many British people seem to think that "foreign" places are dangerous and untrustworthy, when this seemingly, has long been the truth.

They at least do not appear to be serious crimes like here with hundreds of children raped, murdered or disappearing.

Burglers here are now torturing people not just stealing. Almost as if the theft is only secondary but the thrill of hurting someone so badly it usually results in death is the main purpose of the break in.

Sick society.

Yes unfortunately crime is definitely on the increase here Pamela. You don't need to go abroad to experience danger, it's right here on our doorstep. Nice to see you again. Thanks for stopping by.

That's terrible Jackie. I have heard the crime rate was bad in South Africa but didn't realise it was as bad as that. Take care and keep safe Jackie.
