E-MAIL AN ESSENTIAL PART OF EVERYDAY LIFE

According to a recent survey, half of Britons admit that they couldn’t survive without e-mail. 30 to 40 somethings are more hooked on e-mail than teenagers with 44 per cent admitting it was “vital” to them. Forty one per cent of teenagers said e-mail was a “must have” item. I must admit I’m quite hooked on e-mail myself and I always get a buzz when someone sends me an e-mail. A lot of my friends e-mail me to confirm social arrangements. Yes I’d definitely agree with the results of the survey. E-mail is a wonderful invention. I personally don’t know how I ever managed without it!

I know that feeling. There have been a few times when I was not able to get on the net and check my email. I felt like I was cut off from the world. Once when I was in Ethiopia where there was limited or very slow access I felt like going out into the streets and screaming.

E-mail is such a good way of keeping in touch with what's going on in the world, it's easy to feel lost without it. Thanks for stopping by Ehav. I hope you enjoyed your visit here.

I don't know how I managed without e-mail. I use it for booking appointments with dentist or doctor or hairdresser. I would feel quite lost without it now, although for years I managed quite well, lol!

Yes it's funny Marion, it's like the more technology that comes along, the more we come to rely on it! Nice to see you again.
