BRITISH HOUSEHOLDERS PLAY THE WAITING GAME

According to the results of a recent study, British householders waste 30 million days a year waiting for goods or workmen to arrive! I think we all know how that goes! It's particularly frustrating when householders have taken a day off work specially to be there, when the offending goods or workmen fail to put in an appearance. Apparently gas and electicity companies are amongst the worst offenders.
