NANNY MCPHEE

I had the pleasure of watching British movie, “Nanny Mcphee” over the weekend. It was a very enjoyable film, good escapism and reminded me of a modern day version of Mary Poppins. British actress Emma Thompson was great in the role of Nanny, supported by Colin Farrell (as the children's father) and Angela Lansbury (as the strict aunt). The special effects are good too. You don’t get many good family films nowadays. But this is one of them. Highly recommended. Go and rent it now.
